My Pets

You can add your pets to the database and each pet has the following options:

general pet information

• name
• breed
• sex
• weight
• date of birth
• ANKC number
• tag or registration number
• microchip ID
• state

breeder information

• name of breeder
• breeder contact number

Vet contact information

• vet business name
  
• vet contact name
• vet phone number

Pet Insurance Information

• pet insurance provider
• level of cover
• policy number
• expiration date

Pet photo

• You can add a photo for your pet

Medical note

• You can add medical note for your own reference

Emergency medical note

• You can add an emergency medical note for your pet in case it is found by somebody. This medical note will be viewed by anyone who searches for your pet (provided you permit people to search for your pet)

 

Flea, tick and heartworming

• worming administration date
• worming frequency
• wormer brand
• heartworming administration date
• heartworming frequency
• heartwormer brand
• flea and tick administration date
• flea and tick frequency
• flea and tick brand

Reminders for worming, heartworming and flea and tick treatments

• You can choose to have automated reminders sent to you via email when your pet is due for worming, heartworming or flea and tick treatment.

Medical History

• You can view medical history added by your authorized vets

Vaccination History

• You can view vaccination history added by your authorized vets

 

My authorized vets and boarding facilities

You can authorize your chosen vets and boarding facilities to access your account.

Your authorized vets can view and add medical history and vaccination history for your pets

Your authorized boarding facilities can view medical history and vaccination history for your pets

You can have up to 10 authorized vets and up to 10 authoirzed boarding facilities.

My information and permissions

These settings allow you to specify who can access your information and which information they can access.

General information
Settings for the information you would like to make available to anyone permitted to search for your pet.

Public Access
Settings for the information you would like to make available to the public if they search for your pet.

• Allow my pets to be searched for by the public.
• allow my pets photos to be viewed by the public

Verified Vets
Verified vets are any veterinary clinics that have been verified by us and can include any veterinary clinic Australia-wide

• allow my pets to be searched for by verified vets
• allow my pets photos to be viewed by verified vets
• allow my personal photo to be viewed by verified vets
• comment to verified vets

Councils
Define settings for the information you would like to make available to councils if they search for your pet by tag number or microchip ID.

• You can add a photo of yourself to assist with identification for councils or verified vets (if you permit)
